Terms of Service

Welcome to 75glow ("75glow," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 75glow mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.

3. The Service

75glow helps you build and maintain healthy habits by limiting access to your phone until you complete the actions you set for yourself. Features may rely on Apple's Screen Time, Family Controls, or related frameworks. We do not guarantee that the App will prevent all phone usage, and you remain solely responsible for your own behavior and well-being.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by 75glow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 75glow is not a medical, mental health, or professional service and should not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Apple's Role

These Terms are between you and 75glow only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
