This Privacy Policy explains how 75glow ("75glow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the 75glow mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Apple's App Store requirements and applicable data protection laws.
The App's screen-blocking features may use Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. Data processed by these frameworks stays on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy protections; we do not receive the contents of your app usage.
Where required (for example, under the GDPR), we process your information based on your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Apple processes purchases and, where you use it, Sign in with Apple.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below), after which we will delete it except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account and data, contact us at support@75glow.app. You can also delete your data directly within the App where this feature is provided.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App relies on Apple services and may use third-party providers for hosting and analytics. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party services.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
